Is it possible to upgrade my processor to core i5 or rygen3/ 5 from core i3 6th generation ?Is it worth it, if possible ?

Not without a complete replacement of the motherboard which is more expensive than makes sense to do.

For example, If  I want to upgrade from core i3 to i5(not ryzen), then is it possible or what are the requirements ?

You would need to locate and install this motherboard:

Equipped with an Intel Core i5-6200U 2.30-GHz (SC turbo up to 2.80-GHz) processor
(1600-MHz FSB, 3.00-MB L3 cache, dual core, 15 W), an NVIDIA N16S-GT (GeForce 940M)
graphics subsystem with up to 4.0-GB of discrete memory, and the Windows 10
or Windows 8 Professional operating system
841014-601

The CPU is soldered to the motherboard and is not replaceable separately. HP will no longer stock it. A quick search on eBay failed to turn one up. Good luck.
