Listed below are the chips that are compatible with my Motherboard FS1. The chip I have is the AMD A4-3300M I would like to us one of these A8-3510MX 45 up to the A8-3550MX or inbetween. since I have to tear down the whole laptop to get to the fan and heatsink I thought I might as well. I would like to know what problems I might have I have read the article at http://www.cpu-world.com/Sockets/Socket_FS1.html and in the Post Comments everyone seems happy.

Here's the Service Manual:
As long as you install a processor HP offered from the factory installed on your same motherboard you will be fine. There is no concern about power, battery power. HP engineered for all of that if they sold the laptop with that processor.
AMD A8-3520M 2.50 GHz processor (1.6 GHz Front-Side Bus (FSB), 1333 MHz/ 4.0 MB L2 cache, quad core, 35 W)
If you install the above processor you will be fine in other words. Others might work, too but just by chance. Your motherboard is designed to run the A8-3520M and the heatsink is OK for it and it will run on battery.

Keep in mind different CPUs require different power levels to operate.
More power means more heat, and more heat means bigger heat sinks and bigger fans.
Also you may not to be able to supply the required amount of power via battery only.
You can switch to a faster processor as they share the same technology but what I wrote above apply.
