Here's a manual for your laptop: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02842252

Go to "Product description" and a list of processors will be there. Any of the Intel processors will work fine. If you get a quad core processor, I would recommend getting a powerful laptop cooling pad, as heat is bad for a CPU. Also make sure to clean any dust off the components, use an anti-static wristband, reapply thermal paste, and especially don't forget to plug in the cooling fan.

Thanks for the tip. Only listed processors are suitable? maybe there will be some related models will be correct?

[Webpage bugged out...] I don't think the voltage (W) matters...

Only use the listed processors, and stick with the ones that are Intel, as your current processor is an Intel. The AMD processors are not compatible, as they have a whole different graphics system.
