Product: Pavilion g6-1308ss
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The CPU fan of my HP Pavilion g6-1308ss Notebook has recently broken, and I can’t find a replacement here in Spain where I’m confined.

What generic fan can I use as a replacement for this machine to allow me continue working.

What connectors and spatial dimensions should I look for when looking for a fit replacement for this fan.

@MSE1 I looked up the HP Maintenance and service guide and here's what I found:

The part number for the CPU Fan replacement is 639460-001 and you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

 

Or, If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
