Hello, I bought HP Victus 16-e0073nt (68P42EA) laptop in April 2023.
MyCPU first stabilises at 101 degrees in heavy games, then stabilises at 102 degrees after 1-2 hours. When I turn off TurboBoost, it is between 85-90. I would like to point out that I did not use any additional cooler or booster.
My charge can decrease if it is 100% when I enter the game in heavy games. Of course, I play games on the charger.
Are these normal?

Hi @MuKonqi04,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you have a query related to your PC while playing games.
I have checked the screenshots you have shared and anytime you are playing heavy games or you stress the PC the temperatures are normal.
However, I recommend you use a cooling pad or any form of cooling solution if you are playing games for an extended period of time.
This is just to avoid CPU throttling. Also, make sure to keep the BIOS and graphics drivers up to date.

I understand you are also facing a battery issue with your Victus By HP 16.
I suggest you perform the troubleshooting steps from this document HP Notebook PCs - Testing and Calibrating the Battery (Windows)
Update your laptop:
Step 1 Windows Updates:
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on Install and restart the computer.
Step 2 Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the pending updates
This document has the most relevant troubleshooting if your battery appears to be not charging: Battery Does not Power Notebook or Hold a Charge
If the issue persists, Let's Run a battery test using F2 (during restart), if the test failed then it could be a hardware issue: HP Notebook PCs - Using and Testing the AC Power Adapter
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
