has upgradable CPU or is soldered if so which CPU will be suitable for upgrade?

Hi:

 

Your model's processor is an intergral part of the motherboard (soldered) and cannot be upgraded without replacing the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

It would be very expensive to do such an upgrade if you could even find the motherboard part you wanted.
