HP Notebook - 15-da2004ne
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello.
I have an HP Notebook 15-da2004ne which has a very slow speed. I tried many things (Software and Hardware) until I found out that the problem was with processor throttling.
The temperature does not reach 37 ° C, the cooling works well. No power saving settings and still runs at 0.39GHz .
I disabled BD prochot with an tool (I know you shouldn't. I did it for testing). Speed increased up to 1.8GHz
.
Note that it must be at least 2.3 GHz...

Now the device is out of warranty. No problem with temperature reading, I don't have another processor to try (I'm a maintenance technician and have some experience)
Do I get rid of the device and buy another device as simple as that? Or does HP have another opinion?

Hi, @ammar483 it will most likely pay better if you get a new laptop. The one you are using is giving you a lot of stress.

Hi, @ammar483 did you recently upgrade to Windows 11 and if so was the laptop functioning properly before the upgrade?

HP Recommended

As you mentioned "I tried many things (software and hardware)"
The situation is the same on more than one version of Windows 10 and 11

See if you can get in touch with HP Support. It may likely be a hardware problem.

Also, if your warranty is still valid, you can use it to get the laptop repaired.

I mentioned earlier that the device is out of warranty and I can't contact support.
I think there is an internal problem with the processor. I think the end will be to throw the device off the roof.
Thanks anyway @CharlieItuah1

Hi, @ammar483 before you give in, still try to contact HP Support. Your warranty does not need to be valid to contact them. Just see if you can raise a ticket and see if they can at least provide some form of assistance. After then, you can make your final decision about what to do with your laptop.

I try to contact them by phone but After waiting 6 minutes, the call is disconnected from their side and I am not able to talk over the internet in my case ..
Can help me to buy a processor with a new motherboard?

What you say is true, but I will find a device from a company that provides support permanently, even if I will pay more
I'm going to throw hp device away because I can't even find a schema diagram for it
thanks alot
