Now my pc having core i3 3110m CPU,
mother Board model : Hewlett-Packard 21BB 39.15
I want to updrage my cpu, which model of CPU sould I use to upgrade,
what is the maximum updrade can be done?
and can I updrde my GPU?

The processor is socketed so can be upgraded. To this:
Intel i5-3230M processor (2.6-GHz, 3-MB cache, 35 W)
Only possible upgrade. You have GeForce 820M video which is the top video available. You have the best motherboard. There is no video card. The video circuitry is soldered right into the motherboard so is not changeable in any way.

There will not be an upgrade to the GPU at all without motherboard replacement. The i3-3110m is found on several models with soldered on processors even in model series that have socketed processors generally so we need to figure out exactly which motherboard you have by HP Model number. Which means knowing the laptop model number.
