I would like to know if there is a way to upgrade my processor to 8th gen so the laptop will be Ok for Win. 11. I have i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.5GHz

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.
All Intel 8th gen notebook processors are integral parts of the notebook's motherboard.
The Intel 4th gen core processors were the last series were some could be removed.
Your notebook's processor is soldered to the motherboard as well.
See chapter 3 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's user guides page, for the list of supported motherboards and the processors they came with.

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
