My laptop is only 3 weeks old and I have been using the camera for video conference all the while without any issues. Today the camera suddenly went white. Physically, I could see the camera is internally covered by a white tint. Blocking the camera with my thumb cast a shadow. Not sure why that happened since there is no damage to the laptop. I performed the recommended troubleshooting; cycling the camera kill switch, re-installing camera, and updating all the drivers with no solution. Appreciate if anyone could help me out on this.
Left is the camera, covered in a white tint internally. Right is the camera LED light.
Camera image, all white
