My HP ENVY Laptop 17m-bw0xxx camera does not work with HELLO. Have updated all the drivers, It's like the camera isn't there but camera does work on all other programs.

HI @RodMayo 

 

This laptop does not have an IR camera for Windows Hello, so you cannot use it. You can easily verify this by going to Device Manager and clicking on Camera. There should be two cameras, a normal (HP HD Camera) one and an IR one (HP IR Camera).

It is not possible; there is no IR camera for these models. In addition, you would probably also need to change the screen to allow the second camera to capture the face.
