Camera problem on Probook 450 G7

Hi, I have a problem with the camera on my laptop. 

The device manager recognizes it as USB Boot and it is not working.

In this community, I found the same issue and it was resolved by the installation of Realtek_CamFWUpdateTool_HP_CKFIH21.exe.

How can I get this file?

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CAMERA IN PROBOOK 430 G7 WEBCAM.

AFTER UPDATE CAMERA NOT WORKIN!!

I TRIED TO DO ALL THINGS BUT NO SUCSSES.

IN DEVICE MENU IT'S SHOWING USB BOOT.

WHAT CAN I DO?

As I checked, the package contains a file Realtek_CamFWUpdateTool_HP_CKFIH21.exe.

It is helpful for all cameras whose ID starts with VID_0BDA-PID_5852.

My camera is working now!

i had the same problem but when i use the file thas was shared before i dont know how to use it. Can you explain please.
