HP ENVY x360 15-ee0003ca 2-in-1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone

I purchased HP ENVY x360 15-ee0003ca 2-in-1, It initially comes with 8GB ram which I would like to upgrade to 64GB if possible as most of my work revolves around virtual machines.

I call the HP support center and they confirm that It is upgradable to 64GB ram but so far I have not found any confirmed topic on my specific model so I am a little bit reluctant in purchasing the ram as it's expensive and non-returnable once opened.

So I was just wondering can I put 32GB ram in slot 1 and leave the other slot empty for future upgrades will that work?

 I only found 1 post in which someone discussed that they upgraded a different HP ENVY x360 15m-ee0023dx with (2x32) 64 GB 2666 MHz ram and it worked. OP used 2x32GB crucial

But I still haven't found anyone who has done the same on the HP ENVY x360 15-ee0003ca model, Now I wanna use Team Elite 32GB in the first ram slot and leave the second slot empty. Is it possible? any expert advice would be highly appreciated,

@E-CYBER-S

I buy nearly everything computer related from Micro Center and they have a great return policy, including memory sticks.

I suggest you go online and check them out, and they might even have stores in Canada.
