Product: ZBook Power 16 G11

Hi, I recently got a HP ZBook Power 16 inch G11 Mobile Workstation. I noticed the GPU TGP is limited to 45W. I have two questions:

*Is there any way to switch between different performance modes on this laptop?

*Is it possible to get a new BIOS version with higher GPU power limit（like 60w or higher） to better utilize the GPU performance?

Currently the 45W GPU power limit seems quite conservative. Thanks.😀
