Can I change the RAM to 16GB? (Upgrade)

Hi, I need a confirmation about MAX ram capacity.

Because there are so many different informations.

I have a HP ENVY x360 m6 ar004dx, 8GB RAM, and it has only 1 RAM slot.(I opened and checked.)

Can I upgrade to 16GB?(means change to 16GB.)

"HP Envy x360 m6 Convertible PC (model numbers m6 through ar0XX) Maintenance and Service Guide" say,

it has only 1 RAM slot

HI,

It is not possible to further upgrade the RAM. The max amount of Ram you can insert in the slot is 8GB.

Max RAM of HP ENVY x360 m6 ar004dx is 8 GB and you can not extend it. It is at max level inbuilt.
