Microsoft Windows 11

Hey guys,I just wanted to see if I could change my intel i3 11th Gen intel core on my laptop to a new upgraded one on my HP Pavillion Laptop 14-dv0xxx.

I was planning to swap to a higher intel core like i5 or something better,is this possible without any like motherboard changes cause I don’t want to do that.

thanks.

Hi:

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

It would probably cost you more than you paid for your notebook to perform such an upgrade.
