Product: HP Spectre x360 convertable 13-ap0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I connect a monitor like the HP 23er 23 inch monitor to my HP Spectre x360 convertible 13 - ap0xx? I am running Windows 10. If so how...I do not have an HDMI port but I do have two usb C  thunderbolt ports, a regular C port and a A port

What is your HP Spectre x360 convertable 13-ap0xxx ? For example HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0013dx, its specs

The above machine has plenty of USB-C ports including 2 Thunderbolt ports. You can use any one of them to connect to an external monitors using USB-C to HDMI cable.
