Basically, no.  Laptops use graphics chips soldered to the system board and do not use removable "cards".

CPUs are soldered in MB as well, but I'm able to upgrade it(to a extent ofc's) That's why I'm asking if I can upgrade my graphics card. If not, am I having any empty slot to insert another one?

Desktops have slots; laptops do not.  So there would not be any empty slots to hold any cards.
