I want to install ssd and optain memory together in my laptop is that possible?

No. The laptop is not compatible with Optane but does have a single M.2 slot which can accept a PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD. With that, there is no need for Optane. Optane goes in an M.2 slot so with one slot, you would have to pick SSD or Optane even if the machine supported Optane which yours does not.
