Product: 2012 HP Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My friend gave me a 2013-2014 HP Pavilion touchscreen laptop that runs on Windows 8 so I could go to college I need it to be on Windows 10 and it's not connecting any of the search bars to my internet even though it's connected fully to the internet is there anyway I could upgrade this
