I'm trying to find a laptop replacement battery for my grandmother's HP 15-G020DX Notebook. The battery says to replace with 746641-001
When I type that into Google, all the replacement batteries have 14.1V. The original battery was only 11.1V.
I cannot seem to find replacement 11.1V anywhere. And the HP spare parts store no longer has it.
Will it damage my computer to use the higher voltage battery? I've ready posts online where some people say yes, and other say no. If anyone could help with a definite answer, I would appreciate it.
Thank you!
