That depends on the laptop. Most of them have the dedicated GPU soldered, so you can' replace it. Some laptop models may support external GPUs through Thunderbolt. I don't know if there are laptops that do allow you to swap the GPU (I am aware of GPUs that are in the MxM size factor, which can be swapped). Seeing that your laptop is a cheap one, I doubt that you can swap it for a better one. And the USB 3.1 ports don't support Thunderbolt, so you can't connect an external GPU with that (using an external GPU enclosure). So... unless you get an adapter that can connect the GPU to the laptop's min PCIe slot (which will force you to remove the wifi card and can result in damaging the device or even void your warranty) your best bet is to get the latest drivers for the GPU or get some upgrades for your laptop and set any games that need more "horsepower" to use the AMD GPU.
