I have a chromebook that is in fine shape, except the battery seems to have died.  Can I replace the battery, and if so, where do I buy a battery?

We'll need the Model Number or Product ID to look up the battery number. Yes, they can be replaced, and we'll get you the Service Guide to show you how.
