Hi. Can I upgrade my laptop, HP Pavilion - 15-cc050wm to increase its performance? Can I also install an external Graphic Card? Thanks.

Yes.

You can install up to 32GB of  DDR4-2400 • CL=17 • NON-ECC • SODIMM • 260-pin • 1.2V • 2Rx8 • PC4-19200 memory

You can upgrade to up to 2GB of 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive with triple-level cell (TLC)

 

You can use an external graphics solution, but that would seem to be a rather extreme expenditure compared to the value of the laptop. The downside and limit of your laptop is that it does not have Thunderbolt ports for the external graphics connection.
