I'm interested in upgrading my display from the HD 1600x900 to the FHD 1920x1080.  Is this possible and if so what's the best way to go about it?

I think I answered my own question.  735369-001 is > $1400 = probably not worth it unless I can find a used laptop sold "for parts" with working FHD display.

You can find a compatible FHD display for 10% of that price. There is only one display cable used so it will work on either type screen. You do not need to use the exact HP Part number screen any screen with the same specs will work. And not sure where you got that part number.  This is the FHD for Zbook 17 G3:
