I wouldn't to anything.
I would consider such an upgrade too expensive, with a poor return on the investment.
But it is your money to spend if you so choose.

The supported motherboards can be found in chapter 3.

Not without changing the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.
Upgrading the processor that way would be very expensive, and not worth the money.
