Product: HP Pavilion dv5-2074dx Entertainment Notebook PC

Hi, i found this old laptop at home, i want to know if I can upgrade this processor to a better one, currently it has core i3 330m @2.13ghz 

if I can upgrade which cpu would be best to upgrade to?

Your machine is too old, no available manual online for your model. The following manual should be very close to your machine

 

              http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02666786

 

Please use page 84 and 85 to get right part # for other Intel processors. The manual also shows you how to replace CPU.
