Product: HP Stream Notebook PC 11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
  • My son has an HP Stream Notebook PC 11, Windows 8.1, Product Number K3Y84UA#ABA. I need to upgrade the memory ASAP for his schoolwork. It only has 2GB now. I can't figure out if I can upgrade the memory on the laptop and what is the maximum I can upgrade to. Please help.

Hi:

 

The memory your notebook has is 'onboard,' which means it cannot be upgraded since it is part of the motherboard.
