I want to know if I can upgrade my laptop memory from 8GB to 16GB 14-es0013dx

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, since the memory is an integral part of the motherboard, it cannot be upgraded unless you replace the system board with one listed in chapter 3 of the service manual that comes with 16 GB of onboard memory.

The huge expense to do that would not be worth it.
