Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello! I have trouble charging my phone from my HP laptop. I checked the spec of the laptop and it says it has a USB type C powder delivery 3.0. I'm not sure if there are powder rules in this USB port, but my lighting cable doesn't charge when i connect to my laptop (not charging, not recognizing the device)

That could be the problem, please try a normal USB-C cable, not from Apple.
