HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC series (173C3AV)

I spilled sweet milky drink on my 2 yrs old HP laptop and it couldn't be saved. Can I use my old 45W charger as a spare on my new HP laptop I've just bought? They look much the same as in same size and both 45W.

I would just purchase a spare.

Ah, thanks. I don't actually need a spare particularly. It's just they look the same so rather than throw it out. I'll check with the computer repair people I took my damaged laptop to. I'll take both chargers and my new laptop along for them to see. I certainly wouldn't buy another one!
