I am currently living in India. My husband surprisingly gifted me an HP laptop, which he bought from Qatar. The laptop was purchased on 09.07.2024. I have only used it four times, and on the fifth time when I switched it on, it didn't turn on. I tried a lot and contacted the HP service center directly. They said the motherboard was faulty, and the keyboard also needs to be changed. It's a new laptop bought less than 25 days ago and it's defective. I contacted HP service in Qatar, and they told me that defective laptops can be replaced within 30 days. Can I get a replacement for the laptop from India under the global warranty?

Hi @Abhina1363,
Thanks for sharing the details.
I have checked and I am afraid the laptop cannot be replaced since it was bought in Qatar.
However, if the parts are available the repair can be done.
To check that, I recommend you contact phone support for more details.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
