Can I change the hard disk of my laptop from 512 GB Intel® PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD to Kingston 2000G NV1 M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB ?

You should be able to.

 

HP offered drives up to 1 TB but that would not be the maximum capacity supported.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual.
