Hi:

You can upgrade the memory.

Upgrading the CPU pr GPU would require replacing the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that may come with a better graphics setup and processor.

That would cost as much or more than buying a new notebook with those features already included.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.  The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

Yes, you can upgrade the RAM to a max of 16 GB but that's it.  You cannot upgrade the cpu and gpu only ram and hard drive.

That CPU is soldered to the motherboard. The socket is FCBGA1356 the BGA (Ball Grid Array) means it is soldered to the motherboard and not replaceable.

Can i put an m.2 or a normal ssd on it also the manual isnt for my model and thank you for replying

HP Recommended

a normal SSD

You're very welcome.

The manual covers the Intel models ay000 to 099, of which your model is one of those.

HP Notebook PC (Intel) * Models: 15-ay000 – 15-ay099

You could replace the hard drive with a standard 2.5" ssd.

Chapter 6 shows where you can add a M.2 SSD but it has to be a certain kind and won't come with a hold down screw.
