The attached pictures contain my Laptop details. I want to add SSD and Upgrade my ram to DDR4. Can i do these ? Also how much upgrade can i do. Thanks

SSD yes. You can replace the mechanical hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. DDR4 sorry no. The motherboard is slotted for DDR3 and DDR4 would not fit in the slot. And your motherboard would not know what to do with it even if it would fit. Manual says 12 gigs is the max but many positive reports that it will upgrade to 2 x 8 = 16 gigs DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM. 

 

Here is the Service Manual:

See p. 63 and proceed as if replacing the hard drive.

One more question, can i replace with DDR3 upgraded ram?  Currently its 1600mhz. Can i upgrade it

You could but worst case it fails to POST and best case it just downclocks to 1600 mhz so your best bet is just to get plain vanilla OEM DDR3L-1600 like Hynix, etc.
