Yes, both L11119-855 and L11421-2C2 refer to the same battery model, as you can see, for example, in this eBay-US link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/388006575347?_skw=L11421-2C2&itmmeta=01JQMZMDBJHCA6ZNWGMVJAC7WC&hash=item5a..., the L11421-2C2 battery should be interchangeable without any issues.
