HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba007ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, basically i'm planning to upgrade the RAM of my laptop and, already have an ssd now. Doing online schooling for the rest of the year and, i plan to use the laptop as a desktop and, plug it in with a monitor. So, Iv'e cheked for the docks and, hubs and have seen that some of them are quite pricey like, the https://www.amazon.ae/Dock-WD19-130W-PD-180W/dp/B07S3XHMP1/ref=pd_sbs_147_5/258-9992661-2403412?_enc... or the https://www.amazon.ae/Elite-USB-C-Docking-Station-Displayport/dp/B07N75CFYK/ref=pd_sbs_147_3/258-999... so my question is that, is my USB C on my laptop powerful enough to be run by those hubs? And, do I need to power the hub and, laptop individually
? or will the hub keep my laptop charged. Please, help me guys. Planning to hook up a 1080P  monitor or small TV (Can my laptop deliver full 1080P?') and, wireless keyboard and mouse including a webcam for zoom.

So, there it is.

The problem is  not the dock - the limitation is the exact kind of USB C port.  They do come in different "flavors" - this one is vanilla (plain data, no display / graphics).

You can connect one monitor to the computer using that HDMI port on the notebook.

If this is the Port: Item 2, Page 13

then

NOTE:  The port supports data transfer - it does not support a monitor.

USB Type-C Super Speed port

When the computer is on, connects and charges a USB device that has a Type-C connector, such as a cell phone, camera, activity tracker, or smartwatch, and provides high-speed data transfer.  NOTE:Cables and/or adapters (purchased separately) may be required.

I am not sure about the Dell, although I would guess it's a good product.

This item is marked as a compatible Dock (from the USA store):

Hiya dragon appreciated your message big time. So, to confirm. Is the USB C dock that, you've linked support one 1080p monitor using it's HDMI port? Sorry for the confusion.

The notebook has an HDMI port onboard:

Specifications

External ports
1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s); 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data transfer only); 1 HDMI; 1 headphone/microphone combo

The dock has an HDMI port.

It does not appear, based on the specifications for the notebook ports, that the HDMI port in the dock will work for what you want.

Its USB-C clearly says for data transfer only, the HDMI port or that dock probably won't work.
