Since a while ago, my burning device stop working. The only thing that it can do is read CD's and DVD's but I can't burn anything. I did a diag test. This is the results:

Hi KennAyala,
If you can play CD/DVD's it is not the player. Here is a link that might help.
What type of CD are you using to try to burn and what is the content of the documents you are trying to burn?

Welcome to the HP Forums! I read your post on your HP Pavilion 14-n207la Notebook and not able to burn a CD/DVD. Are you using Cyberlink to burn the CD/DVD's?
