Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7C3M4AV)

We are trying to ship a Zbook power laptop to India and we need a BIS certificate to get through customs. So far HP support including the Trade Support Help Desk has been of no use. If anyone knows how I can get my hands on this certificate please, please, please let me know.

You have to apply in India, not from The US  using the following steps

This seems like something the manufacturer would have, I am able to find them for other laptops manufactured by HP just not the Zbook power.
