Product: spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to update my Windows 10 on my spectre laptop.  Downloads just fine,  but when it goes to install I get the error message "This PC can't run Windows 10... Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can upgrade the system BIOS"  Not sure how to update my BIOS as my HP assistant says I am fully updated on everything. I went on line to custormer support and updated all my drivers, etc.. And I still get the same error message Any help is appreciated.

At least BIOS F.30 is needed for 1809. F.31 is out now. Install this:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96314.exe

 

and you will be able to upgrade to 1809 and then 1903 if you choose.
