HP Notebook - 15-bs244wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a buddies' HP 15-bs244wm laptop with touchscreen and he's complaining about it running really slow. I am going to be performing a clean install of windows 10 however I was wondering if this laptop can be upgraded with a SSD (Either a 2.5" or a N.me or whatever they're called LoLs) I couldn't really find anything about this. Please help me!!! LoLs

Since that model has a Pentium processor, the only SSD it can support is a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

There is no M.2 slot.

 

So, the only option available to your friend would be to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
