Hello, how are you, HP community? I have a laptop 20-c001la with a Molokai-U motherboard, which has a WLAN port. The installed WiFi card is of the NGFF type.
I would like to know if it's possible to replace the WiFi card with an SSD M.2 NVMe 2230 and use a USB with an antenna for Bluetooth and WiFi.

There's nothing else you can do with that slot that I know of.
Someone bought two different models of a M.2 to SATA 2 port adapter plugged into the M.2 SATA slot in a HP t630 thin client PC and neither of those devices worked.
The chances of any kind of adapter working in the M 2 wifi slot would have less of a chance of working.

Hi:
Unfortunately, that would not be possible.
The Wi-Fi card M.2 slot only supports a Wi-Fi adapter and even if it did, the motherboard would only support a SATA M.2 SSD, not NVMe.
I recommend you replace the mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

I have been looking at information about an A/E key to M key adapter, and it seems that it is possible to connect M.2 NVMe drives, but I suppose compatibility depends on the motherboard and processor. It's a shame, I didn't want to replace my old disk, but if there's no other option, what can I do?
