If your model comes with GeForce GTX1050/1050 Ti Graphics, you can remove CD drive (p.35) and replace with Hard Drive Caddy.
For GTX1060/1070 Graphics, I think you can have dual drive config. 2.5" and m.2 SSD See manual page 37-39. You'll need hard drive connector, cable and bracket if not already there. Check HP parts store (doubt they have any) or eBay/Amazon using the part numbers in page 37.
