When I plugged and hdd containing a uefi os my Laptop Shows A dash on the upper right corner like its facing issui to boot a uefi os when i enters the bios setting of my laptop i cannot  find any option realated to uefi boot=enable/disable etc kindly help me to solve this issue

HP Recommended

Your notebook does not have a UEFI BIOS.

 

It's legacy only.

 

You cannot boot from a GPT-formatted drive in your notebook.
