I'm unable to upgrade to Win 11. MS PC Health Check said TPM not detected (TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled ...) Here's my Spectre x360 13-ap0xxx specs: BIOS ver AMI F.48, Win OS ver 22H2, build 19045.3324. Please advise.

You're very welcome.
If you follow the instructions I posted in that link, it will work just fine.
I just used that method last week to upgrade a HP Elitedesk 800 G3 DM PC with an Intel i5-6500 processor and it worked just fine.
You don't boot from the USB flash drive you make with Rufus.
You plug it into the port, open file explorer to view the contents of the USB flash drive and double click to run the setup file you see there.
You can't use the Microsoft tool to create the media.
You have to use the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the link I posted to make the W11 ISO file bootable.
And you set up Rufus as shown in the screenshot I posted...no TPM, no secure boot.
Heck, I've installed W11 on HP PC's that don't have a TPM security chip, don't have a UEFI BIOS, don't have a supported processor, and don't support secure boot.
Works every time.

Very interesting, its manual does not say it has TPM (hardware nor Software)

Hi, @guyfromthesouth
That is somewhat surprising since the model series comes with Intel 8th gen core processors.
But as Banhien posted, the manual does not list any security devices are installed.
That would have been listed in Chapter 1's specifications.
For example, if you look at this service manual for a newer model Spectre, in chapter 1 on page 2, HP indicates that it comes with a TPM 2.0 security device.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, the provided solution does not work with my 13-ap0xxx CTO model. When booting up with Win 11 ISO image, a msg came up "This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements ...", just like when trying to upgrade from Windows Update. It's probably looking for that TPM which doesn't exist for this model. It's a shame that a $1K+ laptop purchased just a few yrs ago doesn't support new Windows version which we all know that MS changes every few years or so. We stop buying HP brand for our kids since the incident of the overheating of this elite model which costed us over $7xx to replace and the heating issue till exists.
