Need to RMA an SSD with bad sectors, but cannot register the SN in my HP account or check the warranty status. Redirects to page saying "We're sorry HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later." SN: [edited] PN: 2AP99AA#ABL. Called support, after 20 minutes they gave me a different phone number that went straight to voicemail. Does anyone know a better procedure? Thanks.
