I have 2 usb ports ,one on left size and another on right side of my laptop. If i connect one usb port with mouse or keyboard lets say mouse, then when i try to connect keyboard in another port it is does not detected. Keyboard and mouse both work fine individually but cannot connect connect both at same time. Please help me solve this problem.

Thank you for your reply, but the documentation link you shared does not have my problem in it. First of all I have not made any changes on any level-OS or hardware. Secondly my problem is that both the ports are working fine individually but if I connect one port with keyboard then in second port if i connect to another device like mouse it does not detect the mouse.
But it does charge my mobile even if the first port is connected to a device. Its just that i cannot connect two devices at same time.
