Product: Pavilion 15 laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My keyboard did not pass a diagnostic test and is not working correctly.  The tilde key will not work and then act up on its own and make button presses on it's own.  I went through the hardware diagnostic, it failed, got a case ID and a phone number to call *bleep*.  When I call the number I get a message saying "we are unable to take your call at this time. Please call back at a later time."

 

How the heck do I contact HP to get my laptop fixed?

you should be able to contact hp only if you are still under warranty
