I have followed the steps listed but I still cannot update the BIOS.
The laptop is a HP Pavilion 15-bc523ns and when I press F2 there is no option that will allow me to update the BIOS.
How can I follow from here?
Thanks

Hi @Iralgo
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the BIOS update.
You have an older version of UEFI. Download and install the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI from this link.
Note - HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI is listed under Diagnostic.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Здравствуйте, подскажите, как можно откатить версию bios?
system board id 216C
serial number 5CD4043SS7
The problem is that, after the update, the video card disappeared from the device Manager, the components did not change dual hd7610/hd8670m, 8670m-disappeared, the system does not see the video card at all, everything started after changing windows
