Dears, Cant connect a HP monitor HP w1907 ( as second monitor) to an ENVY laptop, Windows 10, please help

What is your machine ? How do you connect your machine witha monitor ? Please use Windows + P keys. When you press Windows + P keys, you should select 'Duplicate' . . .

HP ENVY TS m6 Sleekbook, Windows 10, 64 bit,  monitor HP w19007, nothing helps, I tried everything.. connect tru VGA then HDMI entrance on laptop.. Tried to change monitors, cables, connections, USB, HDMI, Drivers, etc.. nothing.. Tks
